NOTE: If your proposal is accepted, VBIDA will provide a lectern, screen, and overhead projector. A limited number of LCD projectors are available and they will be provided on a first come first service basis. Speakers will be notified if an LCD projector is NOT available. If additional A-V equipment is needed, please describe.  

Electronic submissions will be notified on receipt. If you submit a print proposal by mail and wish to receive receipt notification, please enclosed a stamped, self-addressed postcard.
